Why should a woman have to pay child support that should be illegal?

Oh boy, you are unbelievable, do you think the world owes you a living. You have 3 children by, it seems 3 different fathers 2 of whom are jail birds and drug dealers and the cash they give you is probably drug money and now you want the only decent father to pay you when you don't even have custody of the child. Come on lady how fair do you think that is.

Even though I am a female I have thought for many years that the law has discriminated against fathers when it comes to custody of children and payment of money to the other spouse. Why be angry at the judge just because he made a decision (which I consider is totally right) you did not like. When my late husband and I divorced, which was amicable we made the decision that the boys, in their teens at the time would live with their father and applied to the court for them to have day to day custody of the boys with joint guardianship which meant he virtually had full custody but in serious matter such as medical etc we would discuss the matter and come to an agreement.

Because in those days (some 30 years ago) the child allowance was automatically paid to the mother we went to social security and asked them to transfer the payments to my husband. We had to really fight them to make them change it over and in fact they said but it needs to go to the mother. Even telling them that I didn't have the care of them their father did and neither of us felt I was entitled to the payment seemed to make little difference.

We did win in the end. We had agreed he would pay everything for the boys and I would not be required to pay child support. Why should you get something when you are doing nothing.

Be very careful my friend or you might find he will go to court to get you to pay child support to him and he would have every chance of winning and personally I think he should. Sorry this is so long and pretty harsh but I get really upset at money grabbers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
