Why voltage is decreases for resistive and inductive load?

This happens when thevoltage across and current through it are in phase (in step). Normallyany component that consists of a pure resistance (i.e. Not having anyinductance or capacitance as a part of it) could be used as a resistiveload.

There is however the special case where there are inductors andcapacitors in the load but their effect cancels out at certainfrequencies (e. G resonance).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
