I think that line of thinking is begining to wane as most logical people are starting to understand that what happens during your presidency stays with your presidency. I'm a little mixed on some of your answers so I have to think they must be way left to progressive. Bush definately did not have the majority for his two terms, in fact I'm pretty sure he lost both houses in 06 (by the way that's when Pelosi said it was her job to get Bush out!
Sound familiar?). In addition; Bush went into Iraq with the full support of both houses who based their votes on our intelligence agencies best guess and in case someone missed it; we didn't get any oil or oil fields out of the Iraq war. The real problem is Obama and his lack of understanding that you can't insult a statemen and then ask for a favor.
He's been beating up Republicans since the day he took office (I won John) and hasn't let up. That's what make him one of the worst presidents. He has no responsiblity to anyone except himself and those who voted for him because of his color were sadly mistaken as this presidency is now less than historical it a mess!
Hopefully this will be the last time we elect someone who is not qualified to do the job.
Liberals seem astounded that Republicans oppose Obama. They can not grasp the idea the it is the job of the opposition to oppose. They are quite happy to make excuses for Obama's failures and to blame others and to talk about what a good President Obama would be if only he had no opposition.
They are completely unaware that a decent President would find a way to work with his opposition and to ultimately overcome. This is the mark of a truly good President. Bill Clinton did it, but Obama is totally incapable.
Barack Obama is unable to become a good President and the majority of Americans are beginning to realize this. "Poll after poll has charted President Obama’s dipping approval rating in recent months, but Wednesday brought perhaps the cruelest cut to date: A new Quinnipiac University survey found that voters rate Mr. Obama as the country’s worst president since World War II.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
