Why will an earthquake of this magnitude occur in one of the poorest nations on earth?

Disasters of this magnitude are inevitable part of the natural cycle. They can strike anywhere, in rich or poor nations. We can't prevent them, but we can do something by preparing for their unwanted coming.

Infrastructures must be built with proper specification for them to weather even the harshest earthquake or any disaster for that matter. Old buildings that have outlived their use and have become threat to the occupants must be leveled down and renewed. There are a lot more we can do to prevent destruction of this gravity.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
