That doesn't prove anything. Evolution is science, while religions are mythologies. And as far as Zoroastrianism is concerned (I'm familiar with the Avesta and the Bundahish), I suggest considering it as a philosophy rather than religion.
If you're interested in a detailed explanation of how Zoroastrianism solves the problem of evil and the mystery behind the existence of the material Universe (both of which the Abrahamic religions fail to explain rationally), then the following article is for you: http://farvardyn.com/magi6.php.
You're an agnostic; that's a sensible tentative conclusion to have at any given time. Why do you feel a need to become atheist? I am myself, but you shouldn't *want* to be there; you should go that way if you feel the evidence points you in that direction.
Zoroastrianism is as silly a religion as any other really; if it hints at (or even flat-out states) evolution, that isn't evidence that Zoroastrianism is accurate, just that maybe it got one part of reality right. Worldwide, most Christians accept evolution; evolution doesn't equal atheism!
