Afraid not, it's fake. There are trailers on youtube but they're actually from a Japanese card game called Dragon Ball Heroes I believe. The closest thing really is Dragon Ball Online, which is out in Taiwan and Korea, as that continues the original story it's an MMORPG and it retcons GT as GT was not written by Akira Toriyama (but he has control over this game).
