When I was 8...in 1997 I tried to get a restraining order on my father in Washington and they would not allow me to do it because I had no proof as to why I wanted a restraining order there were only the allegations made against him. So what my mom did was contact CPS directly and they ordered him to stay out of the town I lived with and I was not allowed to go onto the Olympic Peninsula for my own safety. I would recommend contacting CPS about the matter.
Best of luck!
For one, questions like this definitely require legal assistance. Secondly, in most states, you have to be able to show signs of abuse, and a 3rd party forensic interview (non-biased as a parent would be) is typically needed.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
