Green jobs is the Dem's flagship & solyndra isn't the only business in on the ponzi scheme as describe by a spanish economist. Another solar panel company receive 10 million & hired 6 workers to manufacture rooftop solar panel. But since the cost of manufacture is so high that government steps in to bribe or pay Buyers (well to do or very rich people) to buy solar panel with tax payers money.
It's the same with chevy volt & tesla motors in which the rich or very rich buyers who can afford to buy these so called green products are being subsidies or bribed with tax payers money so they can buy it very cheaply. (Batteries, Mercury, Rubber insulators, Coolants, Plastics, Lubricants, & chemical inhibitors are not Green). Green jobs aren't for the poor or unemployed, but for the rich, cronies, unions & even colleges to satisfy their self righteous ego & pocket where everyone are forced to buy a product they didn't buy though their taxes.
People didn't voluntarily put their money in & receive interest in return as in investment where they can full out anytime they feel their investment are going sour. Training people to earn dozens of certificates to fill jobs that doesn't exist only creates jobs for the administration & staff who gets funding to train people on jobs that will never be filled. Subsidies, Grants, & the dream act works in the same manner of bailouts, subsidies, tax credits & entitlements for the dept.
Of education which is to keep the demand for education high by by artificially creating demand for education for citizens, legal or illegals that don't really care much for the academics, but the piece of paper. That leads to dumbing down education where more than half of those enrolled aren't serious about school work, labs, attendants, & exams stealing & plagiarizing other people's work that are being moved along & passed without really earning it. Schools needs to keep enrollment high without reducing tuition cost, salaries, & profit.

School trends are guaranteeing students to pass, earn a diploma or degree no matter how little they contributed or participated. Only 20% or less will do all their homework, lab, & class work on their own. Giving credit to the entire class when only 2 or 3 person were responsible for the entire work rewards corrupt behavior.
Giving the answers on class work quizzes & exams doesn't encourage working & studying to earn it. Giving everybody full credit for the midterm grades when 70% - 80% hasn't turned in homework, classwork, lab, quiz, & exam just so the students don't get dropped & the teacher don't get reprimanded by the Dean who may or may not encourage passing off students as to not loose students, school funding, or tuition & grants for tuition. Bell Curves has to go.
Those who excels & work hard on their own shouldn't be punished with lowering the standards of achievement. Cheats will copy other peoples work & some will take it without the owners knowledge, when naive instructors return turned in class work, lab, homework, & exam. Exam & quiz cheaters intermittently & deliverately skip exam so that they can acquire info on what is asked on the exam when they make it up, there shouldn't be make ups.
Don't return homework till the last week before the finals. Divi up credit for the number of people plagiarizing 50% each for 2 people, 25% each for 4 people. Deduct 10% each day or week for late work, & only accept it till the 3rd-5th day in a daily class or 3rd week in a weekly class.
Deadlines are deadlines, to miss is to suffer the consequence of deduction or 0 credit. Entrance exams for middle schools should not be preschool level, & entrance exams on trade school colleges should not be Middle school level only 15 to 20 questions. Schools should be more like Japan, where public school is available only from elementary & middle school.
Where high schools are entirely privatize, with a rigorous entrance exam to challenge those who dares to get an education. I'd like to think the entrance exams, midterms & finals are like a postal exam where questionnaires are serialized with 150 questions or more or 50 questions each subject a student has chosen with everyone being monitored by the school staff or administration. Student per table of different class & subjects intermittently seated.
Questioners of quiz & exams should be randomly numbered in different sequence from 3 to 5 ways of serialization so not all examinees have their questions numbered in the same sequence. Values themselves should be different for each examinee as long as the formula, subject & topic are the same. One earning a GED/Diploma in an independent study program can be trusted to have done all work on their own for they individually do their own work as not everyone are taking the same subject.
Cuts in those Bush era loan guarantee programs will not cover a quarter of the costs of just Irene alone so lets toss that argument out in the trash, where it belongs. That's without going into the costs of the Midwest tornadoes, the fires in Texas and their drought, the fires in New Mexico, and the earthquake in the Mid Atlantic. And more to come.
Never before in our history have we demanded that disaster relief for our people be tied to cuts in programs, and if you're honest, you'll see that many other programs are on their chopping block too, many of them the same ones they tried to ram down our throats last time they dug in their heels, and look how great that turned out...our credit rating went down. Are they crazy to want more?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
