Hi mate your processor should be more than capable of running fallout 3 allthough you may want to mark this as your next upgrade after the graphic card...and I would then recommend something such as the "AMD Phenom II X2 Dual Core 560 3.3GHz Black Edition C3 (Socket AM3) Processor"( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component... ) however in regards to a graphic card I would recommend the "Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 OC 768MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card "( http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduc... ) ...... this is slightly over £100( only £117) however the improvement over the HD4350 will be amazing..... the GTX460 will be able to run fallout 3 at high detail...high resolution and outdoor rendering will be spot on.... the only problem with this card is it requires a 500w psu(28A on the +12v rails ) but you can get a reliable budget psu that will run this card for under £35 ( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component... ) ... the "Arianet Black 700W "Silent Gaming PSU" has plenty of power and has dual +12v rails with 21A on each rail giving you a total of 42A which is plenty of ampage I know this then brings your budget to around £150 however in terms of performance your pc will then be able to run any of the latest games... and the 700w psu will also support any additional upgrades if you budget for the psu can stretch then also consider the "Antec TruePower New Series 650W Modular Power Supply"( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Modular+650W+or+less/Antec+TruePower+New+Series+650W+Modular+Power+Supply+?productId=40313 ) ... antec psu,s are well made and are some of the best you can buy... the budget psu isnt bad...i put these in my system builds and none have let me down yet.. however the antecs have better warrantys and are recommended by the graphic card manufactuers I hope this helps, any problems let me know good luck mate!
Well, the 4350 is definitely too low-end. http://www.techspot.com/review/245-ati-r... Your processor is borderline, but still ok for most games. Contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of games aren't optimized for more than 2 cores anyway.
With a 330W power supply your choices are very limited- only the GeForce GT240 and Radeon 5570 are worth considering. While those are far better than your existing card, I recommend upgrading your power supply, which opens up higher-performance options. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/114929 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131052 Be sure to check the connector count against what you need.
That Antec is nicely priced but only has 2 SATA connectors and 5 older style 4-pin molex connectors. Anyway, with either of those psus you could run a Radeon 5670 or even better cards like the Radeon HD 5750 or GeForce GTS 450. I recommend going with a Radeon 5770 (or perhaps the overclocked GTS 450) for long term viability.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
