I don't think you should take a comment or two that the libs have pulled out of somewhere and judge the candidates based on that. With the smearing the libs are trying to do of the candidates, I don't know what it would take for me to not support them. Plus, look at the alternatives.
Well aside from the fact that the Constitution would not allow their "religious nonsense" in legislation.... As long as the candidate is not from the continuing political retread party line crap that we continually get I'm willing to try someone new. Let's look at CA as an example. We have two real choices for Governor.
One is Meg Whitman a political newcomer with new ideas, the other is Jerry Brown someone who has never held a job outside of politics and who has already been the Governor (and run the state into the ground once). I'm all for giving Whitman a shot. Let's see what happens.
If she sucks, we'll throw her out in the next election cycle and try someone else.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
