Will the google adsense approve when I got traffic from traffic generated site like Royalhits?

You can have your adsense account banned if your site is getting traffic from those kind of sites.

It may be a problem, if Royalhits generate automatic traffic. They don't like auto clicks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
