Including Los Angeles. The irony is that federal decisions going way back have assigned much of the Colorado River water to Arizona (for farms) but the ever-thirsty L.A. Area has been siphoning that water for its own purposes--illegally. Now their city council has voted to boycott Arizona.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
