I don't know if your into this kinda stuff...and I might even sound crazy, but theres this jap boyband callled arashi; arashi is really popular in japan right now, but theyre not like other bands; theyre true and pure and not fake guys tht just want money. They really are different from other celeberties. They have a good heart and are always trying to help others with donations, etc, and they get personal and face to face with those that are in need.
Alot of ppl tht have been depressed or even tried to commit suicide watch their shows, listen to their songs, etc. and they say it makes a difference in their lives and helps lift their spirits. Im not really depressed or anything, but when im down and I watch their shows, I feel better instantly. Its just a suggestion, and I might sound ridiculous for suggesting this, but maybe it could really work.
Im just trying to spread the amazingness that is arashi:) if you wanna know anything else, like where to watch their shows and stuff (cuz their company doesn't really let arashi vids on youtube) then you can email me @[email protected] I hope your life goes in a better direction:) stay positive<3.
A lot of people have gone through it, you're gonna have to accept the fact that you need to stop feeling sorry for yourself (it's a negative emotion and state of mind) and start fighting for yourself if you wanna continue living, sooner or later. Try working out and making yourself exhausted - the body releases endorphins which make you feel good, this is no myth. I'll paste the answer I gave to someone else with a similar problem: Negative thoughts will only produce more negative feelings and it goes on like that forever - it is a vicious cycle indeed.
You need to start changing your expectations and view on life in general. Happiness is a state of mind, never forget that (example: there are happy poor people and there are miserable rich people). You need to address the negative thoughts and stop enforcing them upon yourself, become aware of them and cut them off, being a pessimist can become a dangerous habit which can lead to CLYNICAL DEPRESSION - this is serious stuff.
Remember, nothing good can come out of being depressive, so stop hurting yourself, it can lead to a serious mental illness which can really ruin your life. Start examining yourself and find the problem, the first step is to stop hurting yourself with thoughts like this, it's simply self-destructive. Learn to enjoy life and find what makes you happy, you can start writing your thoughts down in a diary - this can put a new perspective on things and make you understand yourself better, don't be afraid to do it, it is a powerful tool.
Good luck and don't give up. EDIT: oh yeah, if things get out of hand, seek a professional, a counselor at school or a trustworthy person you can talk to.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
