Children who are in care or are placed with foster parents need to meet additional legal requirements before a passport can be issued. For further information you can contact your Regional Passport Office or call the IPS Passport Adviceline on 0300 222 0000. You should call between 8.30 am and 8.00 pm, as these calls may be complex.
The IPS call centre will usually transfer you to a Regional Passport Office. Read this as well. http://www.ips.gov.uk/cps/files/ips/live...
Of so, that is all you need plus 2 photo's of the proper size to send to them. If you live like in England, then give the passport agency a call to see what they say.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
