Judging from their website, Target has cowboy hats in various child and baby sizes.

Also, you may want to check Wal-Mart because I have seen toddler cowboy hats there. For a more expensive option, check out any custom hat stores.

I am sure they can help you or make one to suit your needs. If all else fails, you could order one on eBay. I just checked, and they have lots of really cute ones for affordable prices.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
