Your parents have become TV addicts . It looks that they are not very keen in day outings because they have passed that age . No doubt you are disappointed .

Sit with them and explan to them that you came all the way to go out and enjoy with them not to watch the noisy TV. Try to convince them that they should join you in a day trip and make you happy too . If the response is still negative it makes no sense in hanging around at home .

It is better for you to pack up and go .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
