I would rather pick my own. Get a reduction in the cost of the house.
It all depends. If its working and it is my taste then I would keep it until it breaks down.
I would keep what is there already. There are so many other expenses that you will have to pay for with a new house, that you might as well put this one off for a later date.
Ditto MAX The "new" may be bottom of the line, I'd rather buy my own, I want very good quality that I know will last for years (like your dish washer did );-) .
I agree with you. Thanks :) foodtable 5 months ago .
I bought mine with all the old appliances, and used them until they fell apart; but then - I bought mine for the location. Jpg.
Another thought would be that you could include an allowance for appliances in the sale - that way if a person is debating buying it, but thinking they want new appliances, it would be covered under the mortgage (or be willing to if asked - when I bought mine, the sale included an allowance for necessary repairs - which the girl I was with at the time used mostly to repair her sobriety - part of the reason she is no longer around. ) .
If the house had good "bones" and I got a good price on it I would ignore the old appliances and buy new after I moved in. If the asking price of the home was more than it was worth I would want the kitchen to be perfect. In real estate kitchens and bathrooms sell.
Most people will walk right out if they see an old kitchen or an old bathroom. That is the way it is here in New York unless people are looking for a handyman special to fix up.
Yes, I agree... everything looks good shape... I guess, don't need to buy new one. Thanks. Foodtable 5 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
