Not as many as they should, that is why there is so much heart disease, cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure... the list is endless. People are suppose to eat 6-11 fruit and vegetables servings each day. That is 6-11 counting all together, not separately.
It's not as difficult to do as people seem to think...
Agriculture is still a multi billion dollar a year worldwide industry, so I'd say a lot of people still eat healthy. In my area it's more the cost of healthy food (fruit and vegetables included) almost forcing people to eat unhealthy.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
