Would you expect all devices listed in Device Manager to be also listed in BIOS setup?

Not really. You will see Sound device in Device Manager, but you may or may not see it in BIOS. In most recent computers you won't.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
