Extroverts are more attuned to trivialities. Introverts know the behind the scenes activities more often than not. Most people fear introverts, as they often have found the truths within them, and are true to themselves, unlike the distractionary of self crap extroverts inundate themselves with.

Misery loves company, and so it is this way. I, myself would hire introverts that don't mind showing and explaining depths of things. Even if it would bite me in the ***.

I would then be confronted with how I get in my own way.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
