Would you say that sex brings you and your lover closer? Have you ever felt like it hurt the relationship? why?

I would say does bring my husband and I closer. We have been married for over 15 years and are best friends, which I believe is the foundation in our marriage. Sex and intimacy brings us closer on a different level.

We can be vulnerable and open in bed with each other. It can be such a deep level of passion if you trust and love your partner. It is a special place only the two of you can share.

On the other hand, I believe that sex can hurt a relationship if you are having sex and not in a committed and loving relationship. I have two kids and have taught them to wait to have sex until they are in a strong relationship. It saddens me when I hear girls having sex right away with a guy.In my heart I do understand why.

For the most part it seems they may be getting someone to "love" them. But, unfortunately, having sex right away does not help.Be yourself and let someone love you for you. Love yourself first.

I think the only time it ruins a relationship is when you have sex with someone other then your partner aand they find out.

Well this will depend on the persons who are handling their relationship, some couples have an active sex life while some don't put so much time on sex and prefer to invest on their emotional feelings or love affection with one another. Sex can be a symbol of the strong feeling you have for each other.
