You might find a nice print that ties the two colors together. If not, white walls would look nice with the yellow and blue. Navy would be another option, for a dramatic look to the room.
I'd be tempted to chose a light gray or light tan color. These are colors that I (personally) consider to go with almost anything. Gray and blue go exceptionally well together!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
