Yet another lip problem! lip balm help!?

Use the good Carmex that comes in the little jar in order to heal the chapped skin. Once it's healed, use Blistex Medicated Lip Balm http://www.amazon.com/Blistex-Medicated-... This is the only lip balm that prevents chapping on my lips. You don't have to use it all the time, just once or twice a day only if your lips feel dry in order to prevent getting chapped in the first place.

It's winter so you'll need to use it more often. Try to avoid a lot of wind from blowing on your lips, that causes chapping a lot of the time. I've gone years without chapped lips thanks to Blistex medicated.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
