You know, at one point I had 100 hubkarma, and now mine is down to 90. I'm not exactly worried?

The Suggestion Tool will remain even if you have zero HubKarma. I've only got a score of 65, but it could be zero for all I'm concerned. I've tried using the Suggestion Tool, but it wanted to put links in weird places.

You can also choose where to put the links, but then the Suggestion Tool has no suggestions. So, I put in my links manually; all to my own Hubs.

You can always use the link suggestion tool to increase your HubKarma. HubPages will always let you use that tool because they want you to add links to other high quality hubs, possibly your own. That way HubPages as a whole improves which is probably why they introduced HubKarma and the link suggestion tool in the first place.

This is the part of hub pages I don't care about. I'm here more to say what I have to say and my score shows how much I care . Lol.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
