Young-Earth Creationists: where's the hard empirical evidence for the Divine Poof Theory?

The existence and use of evolution (what or how; depending on usage) does not bother me as a Christian. Evolution may include things like I am taller than my Dad; dogs evolved from wolves. It is the Theory (why) of evolution that does.

Also, I have heard often that God created the world in 6 days; ((and rested on the 7th)). HOWEVER, what they seem to overlook is that God's night and day(defined in Genesis 1) are different than Man's night and day. Man's night and day require a reference point; that reference point is the Sun, created on day 4 of Creation.

I thought most Creationists disapproved of Poofs.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
