Your 2001 swift keeps blowing its 15a fuse for the turn signals all the grounds to the signals seem okay where else can you look?

Perhaps a short in steering column Remove all bulbs and check fixtures for corrosion Replace bulbs one at a time until fuse blows and further check or replace that fixture.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
