Your hood release is broken how do you open your hood?
1 of two options I have this problem. I was taught to stand by the front, driver's tire with the driver door wide open. Reach inside the car with one hand to hit the hood release while pulling up on the hood where the hood ends and the windshield begins (otherwords, the top of the hood) with the other hand.
