Jeep This is getting to be a common problem with many Jeep Wrangler owners. It has to do with the vapor recovery nozzles on gas pumps. If you hold the nozzle where it does not drop this will help.

I also find if the tank is really empty it is worse. So take and hold the nozzle until the flow is established and the suction on the vapor recovery is in effect. Try not filling it wide open on the nozzle may help also.

Wish there was a magic solution but there is not. It is a problem from CJ's to TJ's. Hope this helps.
