50 words per Amazon capsule, what are words?

I believe it is the words that are actually within the text capsule(s). I have been clicking on "stats" at the top of the hub and using the word count listed there; I figure they wouldn't call that the word count for the hub if they weren't willing to accept it for their ad guidelines :).
