A wild mouse I was trying to tame just had babies, what do I do?

DO NOT release it into the wild. Though it was meant for breeding that does not mean it can survive in the wild. These rats have been fed daily by humans, they will most likely suffer in the wild.

Rats make wonderful pets, I have 2. They are intelligent and can even be litter trained. They are also very social and loving.

I say suck it up, buy him/her a cage and food, and consider yourself lucky to have such a wonderful type of animal as a pet.

This is a very cruel thing to do if you release it into the wild, animals may have basic survival instinct, but any kind of animal, lions, bears, WOULD NOT survive in the wild once being kept captive for a long amount of time, if they were let loose. It has grown up to of been kept warm and cosy, fed everyday, watered.. IT IS NOT FAIR if you set this rat in the wild.. You bought it, so now it's YOUR problem to sort it out. Do the right thing and give this rat a good home.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
