Not so much as a recipe as much as how I like to cook them. I don't have a recipe but here is how I cook them. First of all you need a good cut of meat.

I like to try and find the little butcher shops, they usually have the frestest and leanest meat. My favorite cut is the Porterhouse, or the Siriloin. Once I get it home, I will open it and wash it off.

When meat is packaged it will sometimes secrete a lactic acid. It's harmless, but I prefer to wash it off. Sometimes I will gently add a little bit of McKormicks Steak Rub.

Just a very little bit goes a long way. I fire up the grill to high and put the steak on. Here's the trick to a juicy steak.

Char it on one side fairly quickly. It's only takes about 2 minutes on high to do it. It doesn't have to be burt or crunchy, just darkened.

Then turn down the heat on the grill and flip the steak. Once you flip it, DO NOT flip it again. When you cook meat the juices are pushed to the top... by charring it on one side then flipping it you don't allow the juices to escape, giving you a very juicy steak.

If you want it well done, keep the temp on low or med-low and allow it to cook from the inside out. All in all you should have a perfect juicy steak in about 15-20 minutes. Happy grilling.

1 I cook my steak under the broiler of the oven, or on a propane or charcoal grill...when the steak is almost done, I melt butter and blue cheese in a frying pan, using low heat. When the steak is done, I drizzle the melted butter/blue cheese over the steak.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
