Also Can't Remember Title/Author of a Missing Favorite Childhood Book I don't remember much about the book. It was illustrated, bound in a yellow hardcover, and 8 1/2 X 11, maybe bigger or smaller, in size. (It seemed like a big book to me, but then I was 10 or 12 at the time).

The story revolved around a mama cat who moved into a farm and had kittens, and of how her kittens grew up and moved away one at a time. One became an ally cat, another a fireman, and I can't recall what the other three did. There were five kittens in total, of that I'm sure of.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
