Well sounds to me that you are already in your growth spurt, I should know haha, I'm in the final stages oh mine. Growths spurts can come in different signs and ways. Some parts take longer then others to come, and some parts come too fast.
For example; you say that you are starting to grow hair everywhere, well that is the number one sign of a growth spurt. Every human being that has ever walked this earth, has had to go through that dramatic change, slow but dramatic. The sleepless nights you are having are due to your body changing, You might not have grown an inch but like I said, some parts take longer than others.
You might start to feel sores when you do begin to grow though, like around your knee-caps. The food consumption is also normal, especially if you are playing sports. Weight gain is also due to eating a lot but that weight very soon turn into height.
I think it is safe to assume that you are not binge eating since you can so clearly see the other signs of growth spurt. And as for working out, the only thing that is the problem about this is that if you lift too much weight it will stump-en your growth height wise. But if you really want to get fit and get your daily exercise I would advise running.
It is an all around work out that leaves you great after the first initial painful steps. But if you still want to know more about growth spurts and what it means for you, then look up puberty. Trust me, its a very interesting topic while your going through it.
:).
Just a normal growth spurt youll be ok when I was you age I was 5"11 1/2 and 160 lbs I was a fat child but when I did that I promised myself to loose all the weight from that by being anorexic im now in 10th grade at 6'4" and 110 lbs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
