Am I stereotyping when I ask why men commit more violent crimes than women?

It's only newsworthy when white people commit crimes. No one is really shocked when minorities do. If every crime committed by a black or Latino was reported on the news, there'd be no time for any other stories.

Yeah I don't get it either...maybe it like when a minority does it, it's part of their "culcha." For example Quannel X is quoted as saying: Thursday’s meeting was led by Quanell X, an activist prominent in Houston’s black community. He told the audience of more than 130 people who had packed a small community center that the gathering’s goal was not to criticize the girl but to question the investigation by police, although he did question why she didn’t report the attack to authorities herself.

“I did not come here this evening to jump on an 11-year-old girl,” he said. In response to this: A meeting Thursday night that was billed as a way to discuss concerns some have about the investigation into a series of alleged sexual assaults on an 11-year-old girl turned into a forum that many used to blame the girl police contend is the victim of heinous attacks. Many who attended the meeting said they supported the group of men and boys who have been charged in the case.

Supporters didn’t claim that the men and boys did not have sex with the young girl; instead they blamed the girl for the way she dressed or claimed she must have lied about her age — accusations that have drawn strong responses from those who note an 11-year-old cannot consent to sex and that it doesn’t matter how she was dressed. Incident: As many as 28 black men aged 14-28 gang raped an eleven year old Hispanic girl. They videotaped the assault with multiple cameras.

Video and camera stills were found circulating at several majority black public schools, including the Middle School attended by the victim.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
