Am I the only anti capitalist and anti communist guy on here.?

I don't think Capitalism is awesome. Now you know someone. Think about it.

What is the basic premise of capitalism? Have a look at it. There is no reason to think it's awesome.

We have just been thoroughly propagandized by our capitalist system in the same way that communist countries were indoctrinating their people. We don't even think about the word capitalism and what it means. There is so much adulation and yet a lot of people wouldn't even be able to define it if you asked them, despite being ready to fight for it.

Capitalism might be a useful system to employ in certain situations but it is simply destructive in others. The emotional attachment to a system is silly. Mostly it comes as a result of some kind of naieve wild-eyed us and them type scenario where capitalism is somehow substituted for ideas like freedom and liberty.

These kind of associations are proof in themselves of indoctrination. But I guess I better answer your question- It seems OWS is more concerned with crony capitalism.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
