Any tips on buying an electric guitar for a begginer?

I recommend Ibanez guitars...they have a better price-quality ratio...which means that you get what you pay for... Fender and Gibson guitars are great but are over-priced... I'm not that particular with amps...as long as they sound good and are durable, they're okay with me...I've tried Fender, Marshall, Line-6, and Crate amps...all of them are good...I just don't like amps with a lot of built-in effects...I use only distortion, reverb, and equalizer (particularly bass-mid-treble)...I don't like amps that doesn't have separate bass, mid, and treble knobs, especially those which only has a contour knob...

If it's your first electric guitar you should probably go with a Squier or Epiphone. They're inexpensive and play pretty well. For an amp Line 6 is nice because it has some built in effects and distortions.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
