Anyone have any experience with carpal/tarsal tunnel syndrome?

I just answered a similar question in great detail over here: mahalo.com/answers/health/im-feeling-a-m... I fought it for about a decade. I tried babying my wrists, wearing braces, anti-inflammatory drugs, you name it. I went through several office chairs, mice and trackballs.

I finally vetoed all of my doctors that kept telling me "don't exercise, it will just make it worse" and firmly demanded that I be referred to a physical therapist. When my first doctor refuse, I fired him and got a new doctor, and finally got a referral to great physical therapist. 12 weeks later I was cured of excruciating pain, numb fingertips and hands that used to frequently drop things without my consent.

Check out the above link for suggestions on ergonomics, peripherals to buy and stretching exercises to try.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
