Apache / htaccess rewrite - From domain to subdomain?

That would be more taxing than editing the links. The browser would have to make 2 HTTP requests for each image. Your main server would still have to serve the redirection.

Then, the browser would make a second request to the actual image My judgment: edit your links.

Is there any reason you can't make cdn.domain. Com be a cname for domain.com? If not, do this through bind, not apache.

That would make it simpler in that I wouldn't have to move files around, but i'd still need to edit the HTML to point the image links to the subdomain in order to get the speed benefit. – hfidgen Feb 9 '10 at 9:53.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
