Yes they are, orange and blue are complementary. Hue on the tube means that they are made of sinthetic pigments instead of pure pigments. Cobalt and cadium are names given to colors by manufacturers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
