Are Federal minimum wage laws contributing to the high unemployment? If so, why not drop the min wage?

...maybe it does good, maybe it doesn't. I don't really know. There are economists and policy makers on both sides.

I think that some places would not be able to hire as many people, so there would be more people unemployed. The people who then were making more money, would be doing the jobs of 2 or 3 people in order to keep up. So in theory, they would be earning what they made.

It is common sense, really.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
