Yes, but only for carrier and bill of lading data that was transmitted with an entry that has not had a "hold" placed on it because of CBP concerns over compliance with the BTA. All other changes will require the original entry to be cancelled and a new entry filed. This may also require new PN information depending upon the nature of the change being made.
