Are remanufactured toners a bad idea? What about compatible toners?

Remanufactured toners and 3rd party toner void the warranty on the printers, and both have higher defect ratios than the original toners. Remanufactured ones being the worst. Are they a bad buy, not really, either in the end with the odd dud, it will still be cheaper than buying the manufacturer's toners.

Of course, if everyone did this then the companies that make the printers will all go bankrupt and several people would lose there jobs. Not that any cares about anyone else but themselves today. All the printer manufactures make little to no money on the actual printers, and the vast majority of their profit is from ink and toner. So will the third party companies lose there jobs.

Yes, a company based on making the product that has all of the profit in it and not the the product that is also a loss leader (and the are just copying someone elses work). Sounds fair to me.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
