Yes, the provider and any registered administrator appointed by the provider must comply with the advertising and disclosure requirements in the Act and the rules. In addition, if a provider uses a seller to market and sell the provider’s identity recovery service contracts, the provider is responsible for the seller complying with these requirements too.
