Are there any sources of geneological information in Cork, Ireland.?

Most people in the 1800's in Ireland were very poor I would think after Queen Victoria, if a bride could afford a white dress, then the would have a white dress. After Queen Victoria had a white dress, it became fashion Most poor people in Ireland and other countries, could not afford a fancy dress to get married in Most just used their normal clothes or their dress outfit.
