ASP.NET on Azure and Universal Membership Provider?

Don't know how you ended up with lowercase defaultprovider but according to this documentation it should be with capital "P" - defaultProvider . Pay attention to the error message which suggests that the attribute names are case-sensitive!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
