Atheists, if separation of church and state is absolute, why are *national* parks called, "God's country"?

Not a priest who could possibly be corrupt, then I totally agree. Imagine it's the same as the president ruling the government, but he can see anything and everything you do at anytime, so there would be no crime ... he'd kill or imprison the suckers on the spot. Economically we would be no different at least, maybe better.

Politically he would dominate because who is going to question the actual God of everything? Also, all of those silly atheists would convert on the spot (some of them, others would claim it's a lie and there is no evidence still lol) It would be perfect.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
