Axis 1.4 is not decoding SOAP envelope when HTTP status is 202 - bug or feature?

That looks like a bug. The HTTP 202 Accepted status code is used to indicate that a request has been accepted, but further processing is required in order to complete it. The response should have a Location header representing a callback that can be made to the service, to check the request status, and an optional body with a descriptive message.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
