Bacteria have a region called a nucleoid in which their genetic material is located Why then are bacteria classified as prokaryotes?

Bacteria are considered prokaryotes simply because they do not have a nucleus where DNA is packed into chromatins, instead they have an open area called the nucleoid where the DNA is placed without any chromatins

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
