You are correct, your immediate problem is the spaces in the file name. You could fix that problem by adding quotes: copy "%newest%" "G:\Server_Files\AMI_DATA\TEXT_FILES\NewFile.csv.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
