Best/cheapest place to buy the Canon 5D MarkII and get it by Monday?

I bought my Nikon D300 at Samy Camera. Great customer service, extended warranty plans available. samys.com/" rel="nofollow">samys.com/ Culver City 4411 Sepulveda Blvd.

The store is selling the cam body for $2699.00 B&H is my second choice but they are back ordered as well. The price there is also $2,699.95.

In general, the best way to find the cheapest online price for anything that is sold online is to go through Froogle, from Google. The machine you want is at google.com/products?btnG=Search+Products....

Amazon has 1 in stock at the moment. amazon.com/Canon-EOS-5D-Mark-II/dp/B001G....

Looks like this is a hard to find item, out of stock almost everywhere. Looks like you can get it from an Amazon affiliate retailer at amazon.com/Canon-EOS-5D-Mark-II/dp/B001G... . They only had 1 left as of the time of this answer.

I would like to suggest B&H in NYC and have it shipped express/overnight.

The only place I would trust is Amazon because for something that expensive you need to order it from a reputable company. Amazon also offers a 30day free trial to Amazon Prime with 2day shipping and if you pay an extra $3.99 you get 1 day shipping. amazon.com/gp/product/B001G5ZTLS?ie=UTF8... Amazon Prime 30day free trial: amazon.com/gp/subs/primeclub/signup/extm....

Try this URL: nowinstock.net/digitalcameras/canon5dmar... and sign-up for an alert by email. You will get notified within a minute if any of the stores has one in-stock. Usually amazon.com shows up once or twice a day with a handful of 5D Mark II's.

That's how I got mine delivered this week. Good luck.

The others have answered where you can get them. That's the easy part, though. Beware with sites that sell photo equipment.

There are many places that claim unrealistic prices and will then proceed to rip you off, and many of them can be found on price search engines. dviexpress.com/proddetail.php?prod=1DC27... I found this one on Froogle. This is not a legitimate retailer, but rather a place where you'll order the item, then they'll call you and tell you it is out of stock, but you can get the international version for a low price if you also buy batteries/manual/etc from them... the price ends up being more than what you'll pay at B&H by a big margin.

Some of these sites even have good ratings on google's service, so the best solution is to use a less well known retailer rater. This is where Reseller Ratings comes in. It appears that DVI express is a new store, as there are no reviews on RR.

This is a bad sign. resellerratings.com/store/DVI_Gear Due to the way camera prices are controlled, if you can find a place selling new equipment for hundreds less than B&H is selling it for, it is not going to be legit. Here are the best sites for photo stuff: B&H Photo Adorama (Do note their customer service is nowhere near as good) Amazon Newegg - they sell some camera stuff too.As an alternative, there are a number of decent camera retailers out there with good deals: beachphoto.

Com/buydig.com - They are the same site, and legit. Might be a bit cheaper than B&H, might not be. Abe's of Maine used to be one of these places where nobody *should* order them, but it looks like they have shown improvement in the last couple of years.

They will still try and call you if you order something to sell additional crap, and sometimes charge you more than they claim for it, but in general if you just buy what you want and then tell them you don't want anything, they'll at least ship you the item. I'd still avoid them. But you can see how their Resellerratings rank has changed in the last six months - a long time ago, they had a rating probably in the 4-5 range.

In general, if RR says the average is under 7, or there are very few reviews, just stay away.

If so you really shouldn't be :) You can get a great a deal on one at: refurbdepot.com/productdetails2.cfm?Prod... Its well under list price and I believe you could get it shipped in time.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
